Parking reservations, payments, account services, and certain related functionality are provided on a third-party platform operated by ParkMobile, LLC (“ParkMobile”).

 

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you choose to make a parking reservation or access services provided by ParkMobile, your use of those services is also subject to the ParkMobile Terms of Use and ParkMobile Privacy Policy.

 

2. Informational Directory Only

The Website is provided as a convenience to help visitors find parking options for events in downtown Atlanta. The Website may include information regarding parking facilities owned, operated, or managed by independent third parties (“Parking Operators”).

 

No Endorsement. The inclusion of any parking facility or parking option on the Website does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the safety, security, suitability, availability, or quality of any facility or service.

All parking reservations and payments are processed by ParkMobile on its platform. Owner is not a party to any reservation or payment transaction.

 

Any questions or issues relating to reservations, payments, receipts, cancellations, or refunds must be directed to ParkMobile Customer Care. Reservations and payments completed through ParkMobile are subject to ParkMobile’s applicable terms, policies, and procedures.

Parking facilities listed on the Website are operated or managed by Parking Operators or other third parties, not by Owner. Your use of any parking facility is at your own risk and is subject to the terms, rules, restrictions, and policies of the applicable Parking Operator, venue, and/or ParkMobile platform.

 

The Website may link or redirect you to third-party websites or services. Owner is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites, platforms, or service providers.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
